Collection: AMI

AMI is the winery of two good friends, Paul Marchand and Willy Roulendes - "ami" is the French word for friend. They operate in the Maranges valley, in the southern Côte de Beaune in the Bourgogne region.

Paul is the grower, a natural blind taster with enormous energy and vitality. He has a unique view of the Bourgogne terroir and a deep understanding of the region's vineyards. Willy, on the other hand, is the winemaker, known for his great sense of humour and good understanding of winemaking in general. His outlook on AMI is to let off steam and make something beautiful along the way. The friends' roles are clear and they work tremendously well together, which shows in quality wines in a new Bourgogne style.
