A lively and charming sparkling cuvée from AMI that shows the lightness and personality of natural winemaking. Aromas of green apples, citrus, white flowers and light nutty tones. In the mouth the wine is dry, fresh and energetic, with fine bubbles, sharp acidity and a slight salty edge. Not a traditional Champagne imitation but a wine with its own voice, playful, refined and exceptionally food-friendly. Perfect as an aperitif, with oysters, seafood or light starters.
