A lively Aligoté, juicy and mineral with vibrant acidity
A lively Aligoté that proves the grape deserves far more attention. It is known as the "Bastard of Burgundy" because it lives in the shadow of Chardonnay. We get aromas of citrus, white flowers and almonds. The palate is juicy, mineral and remarkably fresh, with a light grip and mouthwatering acidity. A wine that comes alive in the glass and goes equally well with seafood and light dishes with white meat. A truly good wine.
