Light and approachable with juicy red fruit
A light, approachable Pinot with juicy red fruit up front: strawberry, cherry and a touch of redcurrant freshness. The nose shows delicate floral notes and a hint of spice. On the palate the wine has soft tannins, fine acidic tension and a clean yet lively finish. The overall impression is light-footed, appetising and very easy to drink. A classic "everyday Burgundy" in the fullest sense.
Pairs well with chicken, duck, pork, mushrooms and mild cheeses.
