A juicy, lively Pinot Noir in the classic Bourgogne style
A Pinot Noir from the chalky soils of Santenay that combines freshness and finesse. Santenay is the southernmost village in the Côte de Beaune, in southern Bourgogne. It lies just south of Chassagne-Montrachet and north of Maranges.
The wine offers aromas of cherries, raspberries, wild strawberries and light spice and floral notes. The palate is juicy and lively, with silky tannins, bright acidity and a mineral undertone that gives the wine length and balance. A delicious Pinot in the classic Bourgogne style that suits all kinds of red meat, duck, mushroom dishes and lighter meat dishes.
Pairs well with red meat, duck, mushroom dishes and lighter meat dishes.
