A light, fresh rosé with clear red-berry and citrus fruit, along with a touch of pepper and herbs. The texture is juicy with nice, neat acidity and a clean finish that makes this wine extremely drinkable – chill it, but don't chill out the flavour.
Pairs well with salad, light fish dishes, sushi and small plates, or on its own, well chilled.
