Light, dry and sparkling with rhubarb and nuts
A lightly sparkling and elegant rhubarb wine, with freshly baked bread, strawberries and an Icelandic forest in autumn on the nose. A light and pleasant body, off-dry to dry, with rhubarb and mild nutty notes on the palate. At its best at around 6°C in a white wine glass.
Made for the sun deck and looks great in an ice bucket.
Brewed from home-grown rhubarb, Icelandic water, sugar and yeast. No additives of
any kind.
Pairs well as an aperitif, with sushi, prawns, salad, mild cheeses and desserts.
