Collection: Vínkeldan

Vínkeldan is a newly sprung brewery on the Icelandic market, but it has had a long run-up.
Our team today is three people from various backgrounds and professions, but we share
a great passion for cooking and enjoying life.
After 8 years of experimenting, we took our first steps in 2024 and produced our first vintage in
the "Hamsahúsið" in Bárðardalur. That vintage is already on sale. Today our production is based
in Hveragerði and all cultivation is south of Selfoss.
The schedule is packed and the idea bank is full, and we are excited to take on the next
projects and the next chapter in Icelandic brewing culture.
Vínkeldan's philosophy is not complicated in nature, but we strive to respect the raw materials
and their cultivation: everything we can grow for production, we will,
with Icelandic ingredients as a priority and the development of the craft.
Our main goal is to bring consumers a tasty, natural and beautiful product all the way from
garden to glass.
