Dry and fresh with citrus and minerality

On the nose there is citrus with a mineral undertone. On the palate it is dry, fresh and slightly spicy, with a soft texture from the skin contact. If left open overnight, a mild "orange" character emerges that adds depth. We recommend decanting it and letting it breathe for half an hour.
Pairs well with mild cheeses, fresh salads, vegetables, fish and chicken.
