Refreshing wild ale with mild acidity and stone fruit
Mild acidity, refreshing, stone fruit, tropical fruit, blackcurrant leaf, grapefruit peel, grassy meadows. A beer, or work of art, made in connection with the dance piece MOLTA by Rósa Ómarsdóttir. The yeast was collected from the dancers' bodies during the rehearsal process. The beer was first served at the performance of the piece at Gerðarsafn and then at Dansehallerne in Copenhagen.
Pairs well as an aperitif and with cheeses, salad, fish and light small plates.
