A lively and rare white wine from Bock, 100% Grenache Blanc. Grown on old vines planted in 1973. With great character and a style reminiscent of the Jura region, it is full-flavoured and mineral, aged in barrels and carries a delicate hint of oxidation. Perfect with oysters.
Pairs perfectly with oysters and shellfish, as well as fish and strong cheeses.
