This still, non-sparkling rosé offers crushed strawberries and rose petals on the nose. On the palate there are touches of light tannins with red fruit, wild herbs and a great deal of purity and candour. Don't over-chill the wine; you want to catch every flavour you can from this liquid.
Pairs well with shellfish, sushi, chicken, duck, mushrooms and mild cheeses.
