Grugg & Makk Winemaker Grugg & MakkGrugg & Makk collects local microbes and turns them into wild ale. To do this they have developed methods for capturing a single unique moment - and putting it in bottles. Grugg & Makk's wild ales draw their flavour from Iceland's microflora. The beer is brewed using a special method built on the craft of the past and modern science. The result is a range of drinks that highlight biodiversity... All wines from Grugg & Makk (8)
