Matassa Winemaker MatassaTom Lubbe, the colourful New Zealander, moved to South Africa at a young age, where he developed his love of southern winemaking. Today he is the owner and winemaker of Domaine Matassa in the Roussillon region of southern France, where he has been making wine since 2003.
