Birdscape Pink is a cross between a rosé and a light red wine, made from Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir from Burgenland. On the nose there are tart red berries, herbs and a hint of smoke, and on the palate it is fresh and lively with a few tannins. It is best served well chilled.
Pairs well with chicken, pork, mushrooms, grilled vegetables and rich cheeses.
