A lively urban winery in Gothenburg, Sweden. They buy grapes from several well-known vineyards in Europe and transport them to the winery in refrigerated trucks straight after harvest. To achieve the quality they're after, the grapes reach them less than two days after being picked. This approach has long been common in Gothenburg, with coffee beans, tobacco and malt, for example, being imported into the city and processed there.
"Getting fresh grapes to make wine is a new phenomenon in our city, but really no crazier than anything else. We firmly believe that great wine can be made anywhere".
