Cellers De Can Suriol Del Castell is a well-known winery near Barcelona in Catalonia, a region famous for wine and Cava production. It was founded in 1985 to offer high-quality, traditional, organic Mediterranean wines and cava. The Azimut wines are known for being easy-going and fun to drink, made from lovely Spanish grapes.

The winery emphasises sustainability in every aspect, using renewable energy, local natural cork and lightweight glass bottles. For example, the glass bottles are generally sourced within 100 km of the estate, and the winery has installed solar panels that cover a large share of its electricity.
