An intriguing sparkling wine that captures the volcanic soil of Čajkov. With natural second fermentation in the bottle and no dosage, it combines freshness, fine bubbles and a deep mineral character. The nose recalls apricots, wild strawberries and crushed stone, while the palate is creamy, lively and finishes on salty acidity with a touch of bitterness. A stylish sparkling wine for the summer house.
Great as an aperitif and pairs well with shellfish, small plates and light cheeses.
