A deep, fruity Syrah with cherry and raspberry tones as its standard-bearers. The texture is full and fresh with soft tannins and good power that combines approachability with a lively song. This is a red that sits a little firmer in the saddle than the lighter Val de Combrès bottles, with a touch of elegant pepper in the credits.
Pairs well with grilled meat, beef, lamb, duck and mushrooms.
