A white wine from Grillo in Sicily with aromas of citrus, orange blossom and herbs. On the palate it is dry and medium-bodied with minerality, salinity and firm acidity. Made by Arianna Occhipinti in Vittoria.
Pairs well with fish, shellfish, grilled octopus, chicken, pasta and salad with citrus.
