Fresh Jura wine with lemon zest and green apple
Unlike many other Jura wines that are left to oxidise, this wine is made in a fresh style. The barrels are kept full ("ouillé") to prevent contact with oxygen. This brings out the grape's natural zing and fruit rather than nutty notes. You'll find aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, green apples and even a hint of spice or almonds as it ages.
Pairs well with cheeses, especially Comté, as well as fish, chicken, mushrooms and creamy dishes.
