Fresh, floral and citrusy, with minerality
A fresh and fruity white that is very easy and really pleasant to drink. Made from the beautiful Savagnin grape, the main white grape of the Jura region and related to the Traminer family (Gewurztraminer, for example), which gives a good floral-citrus note along with tropical and fresh characteristics. The quality is incredible in this lovely wine from Jura.
Pairs well with fish, shellfish, chicken, mushrooms and aged cheeses such as Comté.
