A juicy orange wine with wildflowers, honey and spice
Rustical is winemaker Marek Uhnák's tribute to his grandparents and the old winemaking tradition of Čajkov. The wine is made from Pesecká Leánka, with a few days of skin contact and ageing in oak, which gives it a deeper, spicier character without losing freshness. A juicy, mineral orange wine with aromas of wildflowers, honey and spice. Old-fashioned in spirit, but wonderfully lively and modern in the glass.
Pairs well with chicken, pork, mushrooms, cheeses and spicy Asian food.
