A full-bodied, lively Riesling with bright fresh fruit of citrus, white peaches and apples, along with an elegant, salty bitterness at the end. The aroma is complex with notes of apricot, lemon and herbs, and the texture is well structured with good acidity and a long finish. An extremely drinkable and food-friendly wine that goes well with fish dishes in gentle, wholesome sauces.
