A light, refreshing pet nat with pear and mandarin peel
A joyful pet nat that proves sparkling wine does not need to be serious to be magnificent. Made from the red St. Laurent but direct-pressed as a blanc de noirs, which gives a pale colour and exceptional finesse. The nose opens with pear, mandarin peel, white tea and meadow flowers, while the fine bubbles, juicy acidity and soft yeasty texture create an exciting balance. Mineral depth with refreshing freshness makes it both wonderfully thirst-quenching and irresistibly drinkable.
Great as an aperitif and pairs well with small plates, shellfish, mild cheeses and salad.
