A clean, refreshing pét-nat that captures the best of the Pépin range: freshness, approachability and a little wild energy. Here you get notes of green apple with white-flower citrus. On the palate it is dry, lively and highly drinkable. A wine that suits both as an aperitif and with light dishes. Not too complicated, but not superficial either, just a pure example of how much fun natural wine bubbles can be.
Great as an aperitif and pairs well with light dishes, salad, shellfish and mild cheeses.
