Light, dry and juicy with fresh acidity
A clean, fresh white made to be enjoyed without overthinking: just open, pour and smile. On the nose citrus, green apple and white flowers spring up, with a hint of minerality underneath. On the palate it is light, juicy and dry, with lovely acidity that keeps it crisp and refreshing from the first sip to the last.
Perfect with flammkuchen, or tarte flambée as it is called in Alsace, and other light dishes. Pairs well with sushi, prawns and white fish, salads with goat cheese and mild Asian food with a little sweetness and spice.
Also great on its own as an aperitif, well chilled on a sunny day.
