Buttery yet fresh Jura Chardonnay with a chalky finish
If you tasted the 2022 vintage last year, expect a similar feast of butter, though this vintage is slightly fresher thanks to the somewhat cooler 2023 harvest in the Jura. Only a few bottles were made and just a handful can be found here on our island, so don't sleep on it. We recommend drinking this beauty within the next five years. To those who seize the moment while they can, congratulations and enjoy.
Pairs well with trout, roast chicken, veal, dishes in white sauce and strong cheeses like Comté.
