A dry, fresh sparkling wine, brut nature with a clean character
A dry, fresh sparkling wine. It is made by the traditional method, with direct pressing and primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is complete and 25% of the blend is reserve wine, which adds depth. The wine is a Brut Nature with no dosage, with a crisp, clean and refreshing character.
Great as an aperitif and pairs well with shellfish, sushi, small plates and light cheeses.
