A soft, creamy white wine with a velvety character
A soft and refined white wine with a creamy, velvety character. The grapes are pressed directly and the wine is then fermented and aged for nine months, partly in acacia and oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. The wine is left on its lees without racking, which adds depth and texture, and it has also gone through malolactic fermentation, giving it a softer, creamier feel. A fun blend, a Slovak pillow.
Pairs well with chicken, fish in cream sauce, pork, mushrooms and mild cheeses.
