Light and fresh with lemon, honey and watermelon

A fresh white wine made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape, which is quite rare and a distant cousin of Pinot Blanc. It is a light white with aromas of lemon, honey and watermelon. One of the wine's marks of quality is that it was on the wine list of the restaurant Noma in Copenhagen for years.
Pairs well with shellfish, oysters, fish and sushi.
