Soft and fresh with cherries and light pepper

A deep and sensitive red with bright red-berry tones, hints of cherry and a slight touch of pepper and spice. The texture is soft and fresh with good acidity and a fair bitterness at the end that makes the wine extremely drinkable. Works well with red meat dishes or cheeses. It's fun how it can slip into being either a February bottle or an early-August sip.
Pairs well with beef, lamb, pork and cheeses.
