Fresh and dry, with citrus, stone fruit and herbs
An interesting blend of grapes where Grenache Blanc gives the wine a certain fullness and fruit while Bourboulenc keeps it fresh. We get citrus, white flowers and stone fruit with a distinct herbal splash. Beautifully dry with good acidity, yet enough texture that it is never simple. It is this balancing act between fruit and acidity that makes this southern white wine so damn fun.
Pairs well with fish, shellfish, salad and vegetables, and with mild cheeses and goat cheese.
