Pepper and dark fruit on the nose. On the palate there are all sorts of notes of mushrooms, dark berries and a small pinch of leather. The wine is at a good age today; we recommend decanting it before drinking.
Pairs well with lamb, beef, grilled food, game, mushrooms and mature cheeses. We recommend decanting the wine.
