The nose is enveloping, with stone fruit, white nectarine and a hint of citrus. The texture on the palate is both rich and crisp, with a mineral backbone. A lovely wine to lean back with, drunk in no hurry. A fine choice for any dinner party, where the stone-fruit character and density make a fitting pairing for an autumn harvest meal.
Pairs well with fish, chicken, pork, vegetables and mild cheeses, especially in autumn meals.
