A refreshing drink made from herbs and plants growing in and around the vineyards of the Gut Oggau winery. It comes from plants that share the same soil, the same climate and the same seasonal weather as the wines themselves. Extracts from these plants are part of the growers' daily work, used to strengthen the soil and the vines. Here they take on a new form in the glass, absolutely wonderful with good pastries.
Works well as an aperitif or with pastries, light small plates and salad.
