Aromatic and fresh with roses, lychee and ginger
As soon as you smell the glass, you get the feeling of walking through a flower nursery and an exotic spice market at the same time. You'll find notes of rose petals, lychee, fresh ginger and a little jasmine blossom. The palate is crisply fresh, with an incredibly nice, clean fruit sweetness at the start, but it ends in a completely dry, mineral and slightly spicy aftertaste that leaves you a little awestruck.
Pairs well with Asian food, curry, strong cheeses, duck and shellfish.
