One of Claus's most elegant white wines. The Furmint grape delivers an exciting blend of citrus, green apple and pear here, with a fine mineral note and a hint of spice.
Dry and juicy, with lovely acidity, good texture and a long, fresh finish. A really rich and good white wine that could suit goat cheese or a nicely fatty fish well.
Pairs well with goat cheese and fatty fish, and also with shellfish and chicken.
