Dry, juicy and fresh with almost no tannins
The name Freiheit simply means Freedom, and that is exactly what you get in the bottle: complete freedom from rules and industry traditions. Although it is dry, the fruit flavour is dense and juicy, and it feels like you're drinking crisp, fresh, lively berry juice. It has a fun and slightly mysterious earthy note that gives it great character. The tannins are almost non-existent and the acidity keeps everything on its toes.
Pairs well with pizza, pasta, chicken, pork, grilled food and cheeses, and can be served lightly chilled.
