Herbal vermouth, great on its own or in cocktails
On the nose the main note is floral, with fragrant sweet woods. Three orange peel accords give elegant, bitter, lingering and constantly evolving notes. The bright highlights and carmine-red colour come from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, which evoke memories of a tea blend in caramelised sugar. Really good on its own, and it gives real depth to a Negroni-style cocktail.
Serve as an aperitif over ice with an orange peel, or use in cocktails.
