An ethereal, complex and intensely aromatic orange wine that spent about four weeks on the skins, as Cutis is the Latin word for "skin". A concentrated, expansive juice with notes of orange peel, pickled apricot and wood shavings over a delicious palate with a long, pleasing finish. A truly unique wine for orange wine lovers.
Pairs well with Asian food, strong cheeses, pork, vegetables and small plates.
