Rich and mineral with a salty edge and sharp acidity
Intense, complex and rich, yet with the lively salty acidity that Jura wines seem to carry everywhere. Aromas of white strawberries, ripe lemons, sea spray, salted nuts and sourdough bread. A rich texture without being over the top, with crisp acidity and big bubbles. The wine has a long, beautiful finish and leaves a soft impression on the palate, which is very pleasing. A quality wine with a distinctive style.
Pairs well as an aperitif and with shellfish, cheeses, salted nuts and light small plates.
