A rosy nose that hits you straight away, reminiscent of powdery Parma violets and rosewater. On the palate the wine has a lovely texture, a sort of juicy cherry-cola quality with a spicy strawberry-liquorice note. A light fruit bomb of a wine, unlike anything we have tasted before.
Pairs well as an aperitif and with salad, grilled food, pizza and small plates.
