Light red with dark fruit and a hint of chocolate
Abend, which means evening, is a fun experiment that ended up in this beautifully light red. With notes of deep, dark fruit comes a curious touch of chocolate, which no doubt comes from the interplay of the two grapes, which lie together in concrete eggs for nine months before the wine is bottled. Don't hesitate to open it with a good goulash, once evening has begun to fall, of course.
Pairs well with goulash, pork, pasta, pizza and mushroom dishes.
