A textbook Gewurztraminer, but here the grapes got two weeks of skin contact, and the result is this complex and lively orange wine. It shows a lovely mix of aromatic spice and plenty of life on the palate, with vibrant acidity and fine tannins.
Pairs well with Asian food, curry, pork, strong cheeses and spicy dishes.
